Shredded Plastic Scrap
Plastic recycling is extremely important need of the world for ensuring a greener and better planet we maintain for generations to come. As much as we trade and do business of recycle plastic and its reproduced granules for the world market. We wish to contribute for a greater good in society to protect environment and mother nature. Plastic once produced doesn’t get consumed for millions of years by natural decomposition process. Hence, recycling it is the best option to ensure it doesn’t land up in our rivers, sea and landfill.
For purpose of our trading business, we work very closely with the organizations collecting, sorting, categorizing, washing separating as per their class and quality for shredding to Extrude and recycle as per their grades. Plastic is of different kinds and Grades:
- PETE (or PET) – Polyethylene Terephthalate, typically used to make plastic water bottles and similar kind of applications.
- HDPE – High Density Polyethylene, most of the soap bottles, food and drink storage containers, bottle caps, toys, helmets etc are made by this grade.
- PVC – Polyvinyl Chloride, versatile and common form of plastic used for manufacturing of water pipes, flooring, furniture and more.
- LDPE – Low Density Polyethylene, very resilient and widely used form of plastic to make plastic bags. containers etc and mostly considered to avoid recycling; Hence, heavy load of it needs to be collected together to compress and extrude, many large enterprises avoid using it for recycling due to chances of clogging the machines.
- PP – Polypropylene, commonly used for injection moulding to produce surgical tools, clothing and bottle caps too; recycle rate of it is slow and processing canters prefer not to use as it recycles slower than he rests.
- PS – Polystyrene, used most commonly as insulation and many kinds of containers are made of this, rarely recycled due to multiple reasons.
