Lubricant Oil
Lubricant oil is a category in which all kinds of Motor oils are collected together to remove heavy metals, any impurity and moisture by dehydration. It’s a process wherein Lubricants are collected and pre-treated for re-refining to achieve recycle base oil for manufacturing of multiple high viscosity low grade lubricants and grease.
In addition to reusing, it as raw-material for lubricating oil, vacuum distillation also removes lube fraction, where in it leads to a more than one product development from one raw material. Once it is treated and good quality of lube fraction is recovered the remainder can be be applied as raw material for manufacturing of burner fuel in many countries across the world for asphalt plants.
Once treated and cracked, multiple factions can be achieved out of the same material; which includes re-cycled (re-refined base oil), low viscosity lube oil and high viscosity lube oil.
The REOB (Re-refined Engine Oil Bottom) is one last fraction derived from the process of re-refining; it has many polymers includes viscidity and heat stabilizer, additive for wear protection of engine and gear etc.
